A Bit About Me

Hi, thank you for visiting my profile! I am excited to potentially connect with you and engage in a collaborative, connected, and healing process together. I offer therapy both virtually and in-person, with the opportunity for outdoor walk-and-talk therapy to invite nature into our work. I am also a certified personal trainer and am working on a gym space next to our office!

My passion for health and wellness began when I was a young girl and deepened once I learned the intergenerational impact of the world around us. Over time, I discovered the transformative power of counselling and its ability to create space for clarity, growth, and empowerment.

To me, counselling is a space to explore and reclaim who you are and intentionally shape your path ahead. As someone who was raised and trained by a diverse set of mentors, I offer a unique lens to support those that I work with. This includes a grounding in theories such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Indigenous Wholistic Theory, mindfulness theory, and narrative therapy. I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach and I am committed to tailoring my approach to you. I bring personal and professional perspectives as a Highly Sensitive Person (Elaine Aron, 1997) and someone with experience working in the justice system. I recognize the vital connection between mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and systemic dimensions in the journey towards balance and healing.

I have experience supporting individuals (including youth), couples, and families in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, communication difficulties, parent-child relationships, and trauma, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and grief. I will soon complete my Master’s degree in Indigenous Social Work and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology. In my free time, I am usually doing CrossFit, playing with my pup, or competing in other sports!

If you're interested in learning more, have questions about my services, or feel ready to begin your wellness journey with me, I kindly invite you to get in touch. I offer complimentary 15–30-minute consultations by phone, in person, and video.
