A Bit About Me
My teaching is inspired by nature, the quiet steadiness of the woods, the changing seasons, and the reminder that we don’t need to push or force to grow.
I’m a lifelong student and believe learning is an essential part of teaching. I’m always evolving my practice so I can offer classes that are varied, accessible, and supportive of different bodies, moods, and seasons of life. I completed my training in Bali, an experience that deepened my love for mindful movement, presence, and practicing with curiosity rather than expectation.
My classes are grounding and supportive, with space to breathe, notice, and move in ways that feel good in your body. I care more about how a pose feels than how it looks, and I encourage students to listen inward and take what they need from the practice. And of course have fun!
When I’m not teaching, I’m usually spending time with my dogs or curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
I can’t wait to welcome you on the mat, to flow wild and land soft.
